( 7:18 PM )
Its been a good six to seven months, since the OCIP family started. People came and left. And now we are left with 29 people to our family. We had so much fun together. Yishun SCC, Family Day at Innova JC, SIA Carnival, and the many meetings we held. I dare to say every single one of us had fun and enjoyed all the activities.
Of course we had our arguments. Sometimes over the smallest little things. But that's just god's test to our friendships. And we have proven it, that the bonds between the 29 of us can withstand every challenge and test we face as we are still together as one. We are strong as one, able to accomplish anything. Overcome any difficulties as one, have fun to our fullest as one.
Of course, we could never have successful accomplished anything without great leaders. Special thanks to Genevieve, Melvin and Jonathan. Without them leading our logistic's team, everything would be a mess, and we would never have gotten anything done smoothly. Of course not forgetting Simin and Ravin leading our Fund Raising Team and Programme's Team respectively. And definitely not forgetting to give credits to every OCIP member for giving their time and effort for all the activities we participated in and preparations for the Vietnam trip. Thank you guys!(:
Oh and yes, special thanks to our teachers in-charge too, Mr Daniel Yip, Miss Josephine Lin, Mr James Wong and of course not forgetting the teacher who unfortunately is unable to follow us on our trip, Mr Jeffrey Lim. Without their great support, OCIP would not be able to hold their meetings in comfortable venues such as SR1, we would not have been able to have fun and bond in activities such as the Family Day and SIA Carnival. So yup, the whole OCIP is grateful to all of you!(:
I know i was not a great leader in the past few months. There were countless times when I did not perform my tasks to expectations. I apologise for all the unhappiness I have caused. And I am very grateful that every single one of you still gave me your full support. Whenever help is needed, you all never fail to volunteer. Sorry, and thanks again to everyone.
The trip is finally here. 5 more days till the trip to Vietnam. The logistic's team is the busiest during this time and I hope each and everyone of us can lend our help whenever possible. Lets go to Vietnam and have as much fun as we can as one and make this a very memorable trip Yea?(:
Cheers,
Ian
